  4. Lalu kita cek air rebusan. Jika sudah mendidih masukkan tumisan bumbu yang diwajan tadi ke dalam air rebusan ayam. Masukkan juga Bumbu Instan Soto Ayam. Aduk rata tunggu hingga mendidih lagi..
  5. Setelah air mendidih, masukkan yang terakhir daun prei & daun seledri. Aduk sebentar kira" 1 menit, lalu matikan kompor..
  6. Rasakan jika kurang asin, tambahkan garam sesuai selera ya bunda..
  7. Siapkan mangkok / piring sajikan soto panas, beserta pelengkapnya bihun, kecambah, telor, jeruk nipis..
